At the Tina Pearson Salon, our goal is to insure your experience exceeds your expectations. Below are our policies that will help our team to provide all of our guests with the best experience possible.

returns and exchanges

Here at the Tina Pearson Salon we guarantee both our products and our services. If you are unhappy with your online hair product or hair tool purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To start a return, please use the form on our contact page and we will follow up with complete return instructions. For all in-store hair product, hair tool and garment purchases, you have 10 days from the in-store purchase date to return and/or exchange an item/s. No return or exchanges will be accepted beyond that time.

subscription program

By subscribing to our Hair Care Subscription Program, you accept the below terms. Please read carefully. You agree that: your subscription will be set to continuous auto-renewal payments every 3 months. The charge for each subscription item shipped will be billed to the payment method used to create your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time on your account. The Tina Pearson Salon reserves the right to adjust product prices and shipping discount.

Any subscription program is only available to customers shipping within the United States. Gift cards cannot be used as payment for subscription orders.
